Happy Monday everyone!! I've decided to make Mondays my official weigh in day. So, if I don't get to blog during the week I can make up for lost words on Monday. :0)
My initial dose of 175cc wasn't enough for me & left me hungry in the evenings. I increased to 180cc & that seemed to do the trick. :0)
I'm beginning to realize just how sensative the hCG protocal is to cheating. Although I haven't cheated, I have altered my diet 'off' protocal some what.
I am eating 100grams of deli meat as opposed to chicken breast or any other meat that I have to cook. NO COOKING HERE !! :0)
Also, I'm only fond of a few of the veggies on the protocal, so I'm improvising on that too. I'm eating mostly steamed broccoli, Glory Spinach from a can & Vlasic Sourkraut. I don't eat fruit or melba toast at all. Initially I ate the fruit but it makes my weight loss slow (1/2lb. every 3-4 days).
I've also taking a multivitamin twice a day and I'm counting the fats & carbs in my various other supplements: D3, fish oil, etc.
So, everything is going as planned (mostly) and I'm looking forward to delivering a good report next Monday. :0)
