OK... so I've ended my first round of the drops. And now I feel like I'm in a freefall. So afraid I'm going to gain this back like so many times before. Nooooooooo!!!!

No carbs, no sugar. No carbs, no sugar. Sheesh! I'm obsessing over the scale and making myself crazy.

Hate that I'm sick on top of everything else. Would love to eat some chicken noodle soup but settled on chicken instead.

Gonna get some pork rinds tomorrow. :)
