It is a great idea to have a simple "go to" meal - and you do not need to change it up for any reason - during weight loss - less is more. A simplistic healthy and filling breakfast choice is a fantastic idea... Mine is the soft boiled egg - 4 saltines - margarine - water and coffee ---- Be adamant about your own choices since many people will suggest that you want to change your own healthy choices and thereby derail you.

Jergens.. yep... My morning go-to is a breakfast burrito and coffee.
Big enough to fill the void, small enough to not bloat and keeps my points low and in check.
GOTTA have a go-to!
