I HAVE A BLOG!
I started a new blog last night, so if anyone wants to follow it, the address is 30poundjourney.blogspot.com .... I am really excited to start it, and hope that it helps me..For today I am just going to copy what i wrote on my blog, because it pretty much says it all.

I did really good all day, up until dinner. I woke up this morning and had some turkey sausage and a piece of garlic bread - 220 cal. - for lunch i had a hot pocket panini - 190 cal. - and for snacks I had a pack of rice cake minis - 90 cal. - a weigth loss shake - 230 - and some penut butter crackers - 190. I worked out 15 min. this morning, 15 min. after lunch, and 30 min. this afternoon. I LOVE my 'my fitness coach' wii game...I plan to do it every day that I can.
So, I did really good today, but then we went out to eat mexican food for dinner and needless to say, there went all my hard work for the day...At least I worked out an hour+ today.

Well tomorrow is a new day and I plan to do better...I won't be able to do my wii exercise, but I plan to do something here if i can handle it after today.

The wii is at my nieces house where I babysit her, so I don't have daily access to it.

Well, I'm off for now. I'll be back again tomorrow!
