To the ladies, do you pick up the couple of days before your shark week or during? Even if you eat good etc. I am battling to loose even when my cals are low and it is a few days before my shark week. I am not even giving in to the huge cravings I am getting.

Yes that's happening to me right now. It's not easy not giving into those cravings and being constantly hungry all the time. I try to distract myself

Both 😂 I get SO hungry at ovulation time. I'm a bottomless pit!! And then during shark week it's mostly water weight bloat..
I just try to stick to my daily calorie goal and keep being active. I do go a bit over my goal during ovulation tho but doesn't seem to do much in the long run.

I hate shark week and everything that comes with it, and yes I pick up every month the day it starts and it takes until the day it ends to lose it again. I have learnt to eat grapes to control the sugar cravings I get with it. Being a woman is tough😊😁

Read the following on the internet:
"Your menstrual cycle increases your metabolic rate, which is the amount of energy you expend while at rest. The weeks leading up to your period, you actually burn more calories than any other time of the month. When your period does finally come, your body has used up a lot of its fuel, so it’s no wonder why you’re so hungry."
