Yes, Nadia it is very filling, but I use much less crème fraiche in it than the recipe says - all her recipes are way too heavy on crème fraiche - too many calories and makes it way too rich. It has leeks in too so they add good texture and flavour.

Sounds like your challenge is going well. How many miles did you cover? I’m tucked up in bed with a book, things are calm at present😊, although will have to catch up on some work before bed😑. Thanks for asking xx

765 Nadia, so quite high cal for me, but perfect supper in between two fast days when I’ve had a long walk and will be working out in the morning before breakfast. I tend to plan around fast days quite carefully as I want to be on form too!

Wow Suma, your workload sounds heavy! What are you reading? Anything you’d recommend? I’ve done 129 miles so far in 35 days so ahead of my target. That’s good as there will always be set backs and glitches! Really enjoying myself discovering new places and catching up with friends.

Aha you. Fast 😊 it doesn’t agree with me at all get hungry & light headed after braking the fast it would be eat till u can’t eat breath 😂😂 so gave it up 😊 good for you if it works 😊 Janus u really have been so kind & caring thank you 😊😘😘😊

Ah Nadia my fast days are on 800 cals with high protein to feel full and low carb to keep my blood sugar stable. So not too much deprivation! I’ve done this on Monday and Wednesday now for about 18 months and really enjoy it, feel good and love how the calorie deficit lets me enjoy weekend treats! 😘
