I'd be more upset about my small weight gain but, looking at my weight history, it appears that small spikes are usually followed by big losses. Holding strong.

I find this true as well. My weight sometimes goes up a bit then drops. Then sometimes my weight is unchanged for over a week, then drops. Either way as long as the trend to lose unwanted fat stores continue, I've learned not to fret about small changes:D
