Bb terberatku 65,1kg alhamdulillah 11hari defkal dan workout tadi pagi 62,2kg. Biasanya kalo pake celana ini perutku nonjol kaya hamil 5 bulan sekarang agak mengecil☺️ Semoga niatku bisa bertahan sampe BB yang di inginkan😁
