Ok. I am still sticking with it. I have had a few occasions where i wanted to breakdown but i fought the cravings. I went up to 223 on Tuesday morning but i had also ate very late and to much salt monday night. I am back at 222 this morning.
I need to start exercising. I have only been back in school 2 weeks but i really need to get into a routine so i can exercise.
I keep busy and walk around alot but i need some strength training also.

I think i am weird. Everyone says eat breakfast. Eat a GOOD breakfast. i find i do better if i dont eat that much for breakfast. If i eat a banana or granola bar i dont find myself hungry all day but if i eat cereal or an egg and toast i find myself looking for more food all day.

So.. I am going to stick with the simple breakfasts. Does this sound like a bad idea?

Well off to class. Be back tonight! Have a good Wednesday!

i'm the same way with breakfast! i usually only have a 1 or 2 point breakfast. not a big breakfast food fan. and no, i don't think it sounds like a bad idea at all. whatever works best for you! maybe have a bigger lunch then a big dinner, that way you can work off those calories during the day!

Listen to your body. If you feel a lighter breakfast works for you, then that is fine. The Banana and Granola bar are probably giving you still 3-4 WW points. I am not sure the # you get each day, I get 22 now. I have started drinking Slim Fast in the mornings. My mornings are crazy so this is an easy thing to eat while driving to work. They are 4 WW points and fill me up and get me through til lunch. That might be an alternative to add in some mornings if you like the taste of them. I have to drink them cold myself. Special K also make a Protein Shake, but the Slim Fast are less expensive. I bought 16 for $7.99 the other day at Walmart on special. I have started back my exercising. It has been hard, but I had to. I had let it slip and summer is coming up. I have a crazy schedule of travel this summer, so if I get off track now, I definitely won't stick to it through the summer. You are probably getting in some good walking while at school, but maybe in the evenings at least 3 times a week, pop in 30 Day Shred or some other short workout. Keep up the good work.

Everyone is different. I know that if I eat a huge massive breakfast I'm weighed down all day and feel as if I've already messed up for the day. My breakfast is usually filling but not overly so. My advice is to just listen to your body. As far as working out, after a while your body is going to become adjusted to your active lifestyle and your weight loss will plateau, adding a work out might help you avoid that and keep you shedding the weight. Even if it's a blast of cardio through out the day, like a short run, or running a few flights of stairs, it'll help out.

As Jc said, listen to your body and see what works for you. I was actually just reading something about calorie shifting. Basically the idea is that instead of eating a lot of cals at breakfast, you have a small breakfast, and then a decent sized am snack, then a kind of late lunch, then dinner. If you eat a lot at breakfast, you will digest it and still be as hungry later, but if you move the calories later in the day, you might end up eating less?? Not explaining it well, but if it's working then stick with it!

I agree that breakfast is my downfall for the rest of the day also. In addition I agree that "added salts" and sugars that I never payed attention to before helped me get to 230! I real labels on everything! It is super important to me everyday to watch those little things because sodium really adds weight. I am thrilled that you have gained an understanding of that so early, it took me forever to understand it. Good for you getting off the extra weight so fast.
