Had to take off the home exercise yesterday. Left knee (outer, lower muscle behind the knee) flared up. It was always my right knee that did that. No pain walking, but when I finished, it was sore again. Going to take 2 aleves, put some heat on it and try the home exercise a little later. I remember the step-ups were part of the rehab when I went for my right knee.
Feeling a little stressed this week. Having a problem wiping out the gain from the weekend. Getting off to good starts with breakfast and lunch, but have been blowing it with dinner and snacks. Going to try to fast today for at least breakfast and lunch. If I do eat for dinner, I'll eat either egg whites or salad. Got to do something to shake things up this week. If my BP and sugar hold up for tomorrow, maybe I'll try the 16:8 fast.
