I havent had a bad moment like this in awhile, but I started craving cake this afternoon..real bad. Plain old cake...not chocolate, not icing, just plain CAKE. I am not feeling emotionally stressed, and after some examination of my thoughts and feelings, I dont think it's due to an emotional eating trigger.
I am thinking I am a little low so far today in both fat and calories, since I ate a bunch of veggies today and a little chicken, but very little fat or calories in the whole day so far, and thats probably whats making me want cake. My body is telling me I need to eat more calories and fat. I havent had enough.
So, tonight for dinner, cream cheese crust homemade pizza (loaded with veggies and some chicken) and if I'm right, that will do the trick, and I wont want cake anymore. :)
