Wow, it's been about 8 years since I last logged in. A lot has changed for me. I've had two more kids, I finally finished school, and I gained A LOT more weight...ugh. The last couple of years has been really stressful. One of my kiddos had a brain tumor (she's doing amazing now and tumor-free) and I gained about 45 lbs. I'm still mobile and chase my kids around despite my weight. At the last dr appt my cholesterol was a little high, and I'm feeling the extra weight. My friend and I are keeping each other accountable. We've been tracking our food and steps...each week we go up in steps. It feels like the same old song and dance I've been doing for the last 10 plus years, but my body really needs me to take care of it.
