I said I won't eat after dinner, it's soooooo hard. And I also have too much to do to burn those calories I didn't burn yesterday, but I will try to burn them during the rest of the week, every day a few. So I do my stuff now, wich also burns (desk work) then I do some sit ups (another 100 kcals) then I wals the dog (very short walk (like 5 kcals hahaa) and go to bed.
Next week, from wednesday on, I will move to another city, wich will be burning many many many calories I hope.
