I have been really exhausted because of increasing my exercise. We are walking twice a day and running stairs too. I found a great place that has a stair casing with a rising of 19 steps going up and down. I found out that doing stair burns a lot of calories and body fat if you are consistent. it's not about the number of stairs you do but the length of time.

Today my goal is 30 mins. Yesterday I was able to do it for 15 minutes but admittedly, I could have gone longer.

At 30 minutes, I will burn 451 calories and .13lbs of fat. I know awesome.

First of all, THANK YOU FOR THE BUDDY REQUEST!!! LOL Second, WTH? RUNNING STAIRS? Umm, I have a hard time running up my OWN stairs! LOL My exercise intake is in BAD BAD BAD shape...I DON'T do any. I WALK everywhere, since I don't have a car....I am Soooooo envious of you right now! ;0)

Hey...don't be envious...it's a lot of hard work...My husband is a workout freak so he really pushes me. I started out with 5 sets of stairs (up and down) and would be so out of breath but I'm getting better...now that I have found out that climbing stairs burns such an enormous amount of calories AND fat..It so much more worth it. It's great that you already walk, just try picking up the pace! You can do it...were buddies now so we can really keep each other motivated :)
