hello everyone , happy thanksgiving, i am happy and proud to say that i enjoyed this years holiday without feeling guilty for enjoying it, i just made better choices, and ate smaller portions. I hope everyone has a great week... back to the grind so they say..... lets see what i can lose this week. Who's with me.....
