Yeahyy. 68,5 kilos...
Even though AGAIN I totally screwed up yesterday, because I thought the plan was 3000 kcal instead of 3500 kcal, so even if today I wont be able to ride the bike (rain) I won't go to bed until I burned those calories I forgot yesterday... Also, I ate much more than I should and didn't drink enough.

68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
