well am back to loosing weight again.feel much better after having covid for most of dec. so will be back on here for it does help me see how i progress..good luck to everyone on here and me hehe..have 17 lbs to go to get down to my goal of 250..started around 285 or so and know i went up to 291 the first week on here so been plogging along slowly,day by day..
