diana : kurang lebih 2 bulanan kak. tp butuh waktu dan proses jg wkwk kadang naik jg klo makannya udah over wkwkw

04.Malika : pakai kak. gym 30 menit + treadmill 30 menit seminggu 4-5 kali. klo ga gym yaa aerobic ajah di kamar 30 menit hehe. perbanyak jalan kaki kak aku sehari bisa 6000 langkah
