Holy Moly! I can't believe that I lost that much weight! I am down 5 lbs in a week! I do not expect it to be this high again. But for now, its a good change. I am concerned about the amount that I lost. I know its not salt/water weight, but hope it doesnt rebound quickly. I will stay on the same eating plan. It seems to be working, as does the use of the bodybugg. I know what I burned and what I ate, so I can plan to lose! It has been nice to take the guess work out of it. Here's to the beginning of week 2.
