Hello to anyone reading this. My name is x0EternalBlissx0, aka Kiwi.
First of all, I wasn't always overweight, in fact I was very skinny. Unfortunately my grandmother died when I was about 7 or so, and then..well i don't know what happened. Now I'm at least about 40 lbs overweight. It's not that I eat unhealthy foods a lot, it's that I eat too much. There are times when I'll just eat because I love the taste I suppose. But now is where I stop. I have vowed to myself that I will lose the weight over the summer, on the account that I need to fit into a uniform, so that plenty of inspiration. I now will be riding my bike at least four times a day for about 45 mins. It's on the exercises that I really enjoy. Another thing I plan to do is make time for Wii Fit at least three times a week, and do the body test they include on there. If your in need of a fun, relaxing workout that has great results, then buy a Wii. Wii has the exercise program called Wii Fit that includes programs like yoga, aerobics, and many more games that will help you lose remaining weight, or get to you goal weight. They also have a program called a Body Test that tells your weight and tracks it for you like a diary. It will tell you tips and much more. Another thing is Wii Sports. Wii Sports has you moving around a lot, and is really fun to play with others, so invite your friends over to play! Again, these things will tend to help you out a lot. So, on May 18th is when I start my (long and tedious) journey. Wish me luck!
