Well, 2022 goals would be a great challenge that I have never had before, it is not only related to body change, but it includes many challenges in work, study, and life goals. I hope that 2022 be the best year for all my fs friends 😘😘

Awe thank you, babe. I've just been maintaining it for quite some time now. Don't get me wrong my weight does fluctuate from time to time by a pound or two but I know not to Panic as I know to gain a pound of fat you would need to eat 3500 calories more which is very unlikely for me to eat. Lol xxx

I don't have a next goal sweetie, as I'm happy in myself but I would love to be stronger, therefore, I would need to do some compound exercise which ain't my thing! Rather have a pampering session which is more me 😆 😘
