Feeling GREAT today! Started the day with a WONDERFUL Cheese and Spinach Quiche! Did all my cooking for the week. Finally got all my supplements & multi vitamin purchased - so should be on plan. Bummed to find out my omega supplement has 4 carbs - but it doesn't take fishy so I can live with it.
