Back up to 145 this morning (.2 pound gain), so a total of 2.2 pound loss for the Attack phase. Today is day one of the cruise phase, and I'm feeling very positive about it. For brunch, I had a salad with a yogurt-dill dressing, grilled chicken, egg, and green beans. It was absolutely delicious, and it felt wonderful to eat vegetables again. My energy levels have increased a lot as well.
I still haven't decided if I'm going to follow the 5/5 plan, the 1/1 plan, or the 2/5 plan. I don't know if I could do the pure protein for 5 days in a row, as the attack phase was a bit tough for me, so I'm thinking that 1/1 might be easiest. Any fellow Dukaners have suggestions?
