yup. that is how I live my life. started because I heard it was great for weight loss. continue because of the many unexpected benefits I believe to attribute to it. no more migraines. better skin condition. more energy. and better appetite control (yes this.)

I’ve been following IF for almost 3 years. Best decision I’ve made. Not only for weight loss but overall health. No heartburn, indigestion, stomach pains, skin is clearer, I eat when hungry and not because it’s a specific time to eat. Definitely recommend
