10 days in and excited with progress. Some adjustments: * changed to Fast 900 to better meet protein targets as a vegetarian. * Will weigh and measure weekly going forward. * Trying more of the recipes in Fast 800 books and online as have figured out adding Custom Food on FatSecret. * Time to add exercise. Will be somewhat limited due to an achilles injury... DDPYoga, YogaBurn, and HulaHoop. * Energy drinks out, water and green tea in. Ok, leshgo!
