It is officially day 5 of the diet. 65 more days to go. I have been well behaved! Had more calories last night than I planned, but I was hungry! No not greedy, just plain hungry. I did my best to decrease the feeling slowly. Next time I plan on eating a bowl of salad to try to take the edge off. Will report back on how that works out!
Going to attempt Jillian level 3 today!!! Wish me luck. This is going to kick my booty!
