I though that I would get a short entry in before heading off to bed. I have done pretty well today. Went to brothers house for dinner tonigh, and had a pork chop, small serving of mac&cheese, and a side salad with low-cal dressing. Also had a weight loss shake (I have it for all the vitamins - and it helps keep me fuller longer). Tomorrow I am going to try to do very well durring the day, because I am going to my grandma's birthday party tomorrow night to a restraunt, but if available, i am going to get grilled chicken. Saturday will not be a good day, I will just confess now! My niece is having a birthday party and we are doing a mexican food pot luck and cake. I know that it won't be a good day, but i will try to watch my portions, and do good the rest of the day!
I have realized that I comment on so many peoples jornals, giving them motivation, but somehow I can't tell myself what I tell everyone else. I tell people keep up the good work, then i go eat a chocolate muffin, ice cream, or something else unhealthy. I hope that the motivation I give to all helps, I just wish that I could take some of my own advise!!
Anyway, my short entry has turned kinda long, need to get up in 6 hours, and have a busy day tomorrow, so i'm off for now! Wish me luck for tomorrow, and this weekend!
