Been avoiding the scale recently. Have not run since 1/3 because got sick. And have not been eating right while sick. Started to feel better yesterday and rolled my ankle so still no running. Even without that, I know the weight will be increasing because of pregnancy but really trying to monitor and control it this time. Back on smoothies for breakfast and no more pizza for a while.
