I’ve been keeping my head in the game, but quiet. It’s week 2 of 4x a week staying at it. Pushing thru back pain and stress. But my mantra: MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! - JUST DO IT!!!
This week is all about reigning in the CICO. Not gonna lie. It’s a struggle, so I’m breaking some meals up into smaller meals and eating the items one at a time.. slowly. Though I want to devour in huge gulps. So I’m making progress.
Love all the New Year rebounders and excited newbies!
I know that once I’m out of bed and get to the gym, it’s smooth sailing. So I am not giving myself a choice. No choice.
