Wow. Sure glad to see that scale move again. I mean, it was only a couple of days but this morning was a welcome sight. I've been testing it. An extra carb here and there. It all adds up and stops the forward motion of this diet. DUH! So two days back on track. I'm racing the days to get to 34 lbs. I want to be there so badly before the 40-45 days are up. Although I have to say... I can't wait to broaden my menu a bit! :)
