menurut ku ada sebagian org yg gabisa makan pagi kaya aku, biasanya karna males ngunyah dan ga sempet 🤣 kalo emg mau skip tp biar ga laper, coba deh minum air + chia seed 1sdt.. atau coba minuman sereal yg bikin kenyang pengganti sarapan kaya overnight oat atau nestum.
