I feel I am loosing momentum... I am working in Hawaii and my husband came over to visit for a whole month and I tell ya, even though he has been wonderful adapting to my eating plans since he has been here, I find myself drifting my thoughts away from HEALTHY EATING... I find I am craving more fattening foods... tonight we are going out with friends and he is so looking forward to the "pizza and beer" that is typical of this gathering and I am craving it as much as he is JUST BECAUSE. The time I have been in Hawaii has been ME TIME because I havent had the worries of home life and looking out for a family of 5... it has been just me for 4 months... I have 4 months to go, and it has got me thinking what do I need to change about my thoughts that will make this a success when I return to the real world in New York?
