I cant believe how much i have lost. I just hope i can make it through the weekend so i dont have to turn around and lose it all over again.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

We are all working to "stick to it through the weekends". That has been my hardest time too these past 6 weeks. Since the first of April it seems, I do well during the week only to unravel all my efforts Friday - Sunday. Thanks to your challenge I am already planning out a busy weekend of activities so I won't be tempted to munch on bad foods :) I also plan to hit the grogery store tomorrow and stock back up on healthy snacks. Pantry is getting bare with my foods and the only thing starring at me are snack cakes, chips, cookies...husband and kiddos foods. Not for me right now. Someday when I reach my goal I can enjoy those a bit more, but not until.

Something that's been helping me get through the weekends is 1) allowing that I'm going to eat something I'm not eating during the week like something sweet--but I keep the portion very small and 2) planning out in detail all of my meals. I measure out my almonds or cut up some veggies the night before so I'm fully prepared with healthy snacks. You can do it!

I am headed to the grocery store now. I have planed a weekend of convience foods and i always want desert on the weekends so i am making Evelyn's Chocolate cake and i am going to put strawberries and fat free whip cream on top...YUMMY sounds good already! :) Thanks everyone for the encouragment!
