I don't know how I did it, but I've lost 4 pounds since I weighed in last week. I asked Ms. Cortez to weigh in with me because I wanted to be able to enjoy my day by being able to drink water and eat (LOL), but she ended up gaining 1 pound since last time. I think it's water gain. She asked me what I ate, and I told her salads, special K, the Fabuloso stuff, and last night I ate a salmon fillet.
Last night, I also ate an empanada from Taco Bell, as well as a little slice of strawberry shortcake. I felt guilty for a few seconds, then I licked my fork and was content. Life is gooooood. Yum.
I really need to stop being so OCD about the whole thing, though. I almost set myself back this week by overdoing the training, which meant I had to not do anything exercise-related yesterday. I think it helped because I feel really good today compared to the day before, when I felt like I had nothing left in me for anything. I just wanted to lay down and sleep.
Studio tonight at 7. I feel like, I'm going to walk in there and kick some major butt. If Angel tells me to sprint, I'll be ok with it. The rest I had yesterday sure brought back some pep!
