Thank you for sharing! The way I look at a recipe book is if there is one recipe that I would like, it is well worth reading. Even if I think that I wouldn't like any recipe, I can study the recipes and make substitutions, creating my own recipe. The information on how to prepare certain foods and simple tips and tricks to make meal preparation easier can be very helpful. I can't wait to look at this book!
