I have no idea how I ran 13 miles back in 2018 guys. I cannot get over this 10 mile hump, it's just a sore tired run. 8 and 9 were great, but ugh. Maybe I need a lower mileage week? But I always mentally feel set back when I do that. TOM showed up today too, so maybe that's why today's felt rough. I got 10.20 miles though, so slowly increasing 🙃 I'll have to do an easy run tomorrow to relax these muscles though.
We went out to eat last night and tonight, so I tried my best to estimate. My calories are at least getting closer to my RDI. 😃
