3500 kcal CHECK. I had such a bad night yesterday. woke up at 4 because I had to pee, couldn't sleep after. today was ok. riding on bike to work is getting better, tonight after work I bought a special basket for my dog. the ride home definattly was a great work out, I was all sweaty :) oh well didn't eat much today. great. also I took my measures and when I did nothing wrong I lost a few cm, yeahy, I also think that I look slimer on the pic from today compared to the pic from almost two months ago... but I gues thats because I wish so... I decided to put my mesurements here.
