Woohoo! I'm coming down some more! I made a choice to stop taking my BCPs and I am happy I did. My weight has started coming down again. My mood is so much better and though I have been a bit stressed out I am handling it much better. I have more energy again and this all makes me feel great. Besides my hubby went for his surgery and soon I shouldn't need to take BCPs anyway. Besides having a head cold and the flu last weekend I think that if I stay positive and busy things will start looking really good! Didn't I have a small plan to lose another 10 pounds before xmas? I think I might actually try to do that as so far things are going well. I won't hold myself to it too much as it's better if I don't worry to much but wouldn't it be nice to be close to or on my goal weight by then!? yeah that would be... I hope everyone is doing well.
