I've lost alot weight but my waistline although smaller still my most problematic area.anything specific you did to see such a big difference in that area?

I cant say i targeted my midsection. I was just going for over all loss. We all have problem areas. I just try to do. Light weight training with a few extra ab moves at the end and some friends on this app recommended eating foods. High in protien and low in sugar and sodium. I saw your profile and your progress is amazing!!!! You are an ispiration and even though i dont know u im proud of u! And i am now following you ☺
