Good Evening Everyone!

Didnt Mike look GREAT tonight? I so wanted him to win the Biggest Loser. I hope he can go home and help his brother.
How is everyone doing tonight? I am doing great. Excited about my Challenge starting in 3 days. I can not believe how many people are joining me. THis is going to be awsome!

I have a quick question. I made pasta tonight and i measured it out to be 2oz before cooking. But i cooked the whole box. how can i tell it is 2oz when i put it on my plate? What does it look like? Can anyone help? I dont want to have to buy a scale, the one i have works best on foods before cooking!
