Terbongkar sudah knp BB ku stuck.. beberapa hr ku baca di google. Nonton youtube. Puji Tuhan 2hr ini BB turun. Smoga bisa trs turun sampe BB ideal....

Ya BB ku stuck tiap x. Sampe bt. Ternyata hrs defisit kalori kurangin lg. Ud 2hr turun. Apa lg ak ini maag. Kdg stres kl ga turun2.
