Im re-starting yet again. I was happy getting down 5kg, maintained for a while but saw a photo of myself at the beach and that was it. 3 days in and recorded everything. Back to healthier eating with a few treats and gym 😊. Any tips to help are welcomed (please dont suggest keto)

I just ditched coffee. headache for five days but now it's gone. Worth researching the pros and cons for weight gain, impact on cortisol and sleep and therefore bad food choices. Hard to know if it's effective alone as am also off alcohol and basically cut out all crap. weight going down though

Will admit giving up coffee will be hard for me, its my wee treat (but guess the amount does add up). Giving up alcohol etc im all good with, but will try coffee as off tomorrow. Thanks heaps
