I crashed and burned during bootcamp today. First of all, I was late. Then I just put myself on survival mode, and Angel was like, "Huh? You're not in the mood today?" Ugh.

I was very tired. Very, very tired. Since spring break, I've been working extremely hard at the gym, bootcamp and studio. I really should be resting, but I haven't been. I go even on Sundays. I'm manic!!! So when I told Angel what I've been up to, so that she could understand why on earth I was so out of it today, she asked if I had lost my mind. After that, she ordered me to rest tomorrow.

This is how out of it I am. I said, "No! That's studio day! We weigh in Thursday, and if I don't drink water until weigh-in, I'm 185!!!"

"Studio day is Thursday."

Duh. But did I know? Hell, I couldn't even remember what time bootcamp was today.

So I guess my body is shutting down now. I'm going to bed early, and I'm going to rest after coming from work tomorrow instead of going to the gym. By Thursday, I'm going to be my old self.
