Just as I thought, when I weighed myself on the weekend it wasn't right, there's no way I lost about 2 lbs in 2 days, then gained it back again in the same amount of time! I know that weight fluctuates throughout the day, I guess I just didn't realize how much my weight would fluctuate. I do have to say though, it was great these past few days imagining that I was down to 145, even though I knew there was no way it was true!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
