Hopefully tomorrow will bring more progress. I blame myself for indulging in buffalo wings, though I made them in my air fryer with no oil or butter whatsoever, and the sauce I used had 0 calories and 0 carbs. I ate a cheeseburger tonight for dinner, but I limited my portions of onion rings and fries, which were both baked and not fried. I am baking some chicken right now to use in salad over the next couple of days. I am going to Costco tomorrow to scope out some more healthy food to put up for snacks and meals. I know what I need to be eating. I went on another 40 minute walk with the dog today. I know he is getting something out of it - he is trim and slim, no fat on him! I need to get back to the gym. I belong to Planet Fitness. I joined when I quit the Y. I really miss the Y, I miss the yoga and fitness classes, the pool, the sauna. Maybe in the new year I will join the Y again. I really do miss it.
