Saya pakai defisit kalori olahrga secara rutin 3-5x seminggu. Sya bener2 cut gorengan yg bertepung, kue2 manis, minuman manis2 .

Duh keren ka.. sy belum bisa ngindarin mknan mnis/bertepung tp alhmdlah d batasi.. 63hr baru turun 3kg heheee santuy bgt dietnya
