I have eaten far to much this Christmas all rubbish but it has not caught up with me yet I'm still keeping the same weight but there is New Year to contend with yet
58.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
