durasi 30 menit an, di combi sama senam combat, jd krg lebih 1 jam an buat bakar kalori segitu.
btw gerakannya simple n gampang si, buat tmen2 yg suka senam mungkin bosenin hehe. tp kalo aku cocok yg ini, krn aku obesitas jd takut cedera kalau gerakannya heboh teuing wkwkw
