So I think I have figured out most of my problem. I need to get back to the me of 3 months ago. The women who would not even dream of eating a cookie and made every activity excersize from the gym to folding laundry. If I am going to reach my goals I need to start taking it seriously again. I have done very well today and I hope to keep it going. I am going to do fish once a day, very low cal and I am switching to Skim milk with my evening meal. I need to forget my sugar cravings and be good.
