Uh Oh! Weekend here we come! Why is it that you start on Friday night and the diet disappears till Monday? Well, not this time! I WILL NOT CHEAT! I WILL NOT CHEAT! I WILL NOT CHEAT! Now only if i believe that. Ok, maybe i can stick to my own words and not cheat on my diet this weekend. One problem is going to be making sure i eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and if i go out with the kids to pack snacks. That will probably not be a hard thing to do this weekend since i am BROKE! I guess being broke will help me stay on my diet! LOL Is that the key? Be broke so we cant eat out and buy junk, so you are forced to eat the healthy food you bought at the begining of the week to start your diet?
As for today, i did go a little high on the calories today. I know it wasnt bad but i went a little higher than i wanted to. Although i am allowed 31 points on WW and only ate 25.5 today i still went a little overboard than i have the rest of the week. But, thats because today is Friday and my mind and belly are communicating and letting each other know "HEY ITS THE WEEKEND". not this time, my body is not ganging up on me. LOL
Ok, i am getting off here because this journal entry is starting to sound a little crazy and insane but its what i'm thinking and its me.
